I think that the statement that Forman "appeared in three Get Smart episodes as 'Harry Hoo'" is incorrect. The IMDb lists three Get Smart episodes in which Forman appears. In two of them, Forman appears as Harry Hoo, and in the third he plays a different character. I have seen these episodes.
