Probably not. As Jimothy is still alive and being seen by random members of the public, it is possible (and conceivable) for a freely licensed photo of Jimothy to be made available (failing WP:NFCC1 for any fair use image). Year of birth

The year of birth for the subject of this article has frequently been changed. I'd like to get a consensus on what it should say. Here is an analysis of our sources:

• The source linked for the birth year in the lead, The Seattle Times, quotes an associate professor at a veterinary teaching hospital who says Jimothy "was likely born this year", that is, 2026.
• Oregon Public Radio quotes the same professor.
• Fox 13 Seattle reports that there are purported sightings from 2017 to 2025.
• Newsweek quotes the Fox 13 Seattle reporting and adds that Jimothy is "at least three months old" as of July 2026.
• The article currrently states that After becoming a viral phenomenon in July 2026, residents of Seattle's Ballard neighborhood said that Jimothy had lived in the area for years, with some posting videos claimed to be previously captured footage of him sourced to local NBC affiliate KING5; this source mentions the claims of local residents who say they've seen Jimothy for years but does not say anything about older videos of him.
• The article currently states that One user posted footage taken in June 2025 of what appeared to be a very young Jimothy along with his mother and two sibling raccoons sourced to The Guardian, but the cited Guardian article does not say this or anything else about his age, and the caption of the Instagram video mentioned by the Guardian simply says that Jimothy had lived nearby "for months" as of July 2026.
