Apparent death

[edit]

Can we please stop publishing information about Perry's death until we actually get good, reliable, third party confirmation of his demise, i.e NOT Facebook? What happened to BLP and all that jazz about things you can't confirm being removed immediately?

The source given is this one. Even within Facebook, I guess there are levels of reliability. I'm not sure why the British Music Hall Society would post this unless it was quite sure. Perhaps this explains why people are keen to post. Martinevans123 (talk) 16:46, 23 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Now a headline on BBC News. Martinevans123 (talk) 16:52, 23 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Yep, just seen it on BBC News channel's on screen ticker and their website. Sorry for getting pissy. What a loss. Sunil The Mongoose (talk) 16:59, 23 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
I think 93 years is a fairly good innings. Martinevans123 (talk) 17:11, 23 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
