Hi, submitting this article to review; I hope I did it justice.
Regarding the worthiness of this as a wikipedia article: it already is one! most of the article was simply translating from the dutch-language Wikipedia article, which can be found here. In addition, numerous other online encyclopedias have articles on him, usually alcohol-related wikis. He seems to have had a monumental impact on the whisky industry, as a quick google search will show, though I'm not sure if I succeeded in making that understood through the article.
I first heard of Dr. Swan a few months back, when I visited the visitor lounge of the M&H distillery as part of an organized tour to learn about alcohol and distilleries - I was curious and ended up researching about him, and then discovered that the English version of Wikipedia lacks an article about him!
As this is my first submitted article, any advice would be appreciated. I tried searching for an image I could use, but all of the photos of Dr. Swan I could find didn't mention their source or copyright: all of the whisky blogs seem to source from each-other, and the few who kindly responded to my inquiry unfortunately led to dead ends.
