[edit]

Why do we have a non-free image of Jim? He's not dead to my knowledge, so we should be getting someone take a free one. Richard001 (talk) 00:21, 4 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

I have added one of the free ones donated by people from Flickr, and removed the fair use image. None seem ideal for the lead image, though the one I have added would be quite good if it was cropped. Richard001 (talk) 09:49, 10 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Nickname affectionate?

[edit]

I am not sure that Bolger was "affectionately" nicknamed "the Great Helmsman". I thought the name was factitious and disrespectful - and a reference to Chairman Mao.124.197.15.138 (talk) 02:18, 8 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

Indeed. Many people referred (and still refer) to him as "That Lying Bastard".Rbarraud (talk) 10:02, 1 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Cave Creek

[edit]

@Walkerbull: You have added a paragraph about Cave Creek but have forgotten to add a reference. Schwede66 02:40, 7 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

I have now added a few. Kiwichris (talk) 11:45, 17 October 2025 (UTC)Reply

Where's Joan Kirner

[edit]

The Joan Kirner article has mention of Bolger due to a remark he made of her. So why isn't it in Bolger's own article. 49.3.64.204 (talk) 20:00, 5 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
