Her nationality, both in the lead and the infobox, was until recently solely "American" - with only a small mention of her being a British citizen. Reading that blog post makes it clear she didn't take citizenship just for connivence - but because England felt like her home. It is incredibly disingenuous and offensive to go and deny her the right to be described as British - when it is enshrined in law. My cousin has lived permanently in the US for 15 years now, and no one would describe him as an American - because he doesn't have citizenship. You either are or you aren't. A British person is someone with Uk citizenship.
