Yes, SREL is very long gone, but the land and infrastructure were re-purposed as Jefferson Lab. The original building is still there near the middle of the complex, but is is a test and assembly area now; the cyclotron is gone. Qwerty123uiop (talk) 14:26, 17 June 2018 (UTC)
Was this facility originally known as NASA Space Radiation Effects Laboratory at Langley?
[edit]I have some blueprints drawn up in 1962 for the NASA Space Radiation Effects Laboratory, Langley. This seems to have been a single building set in the middle of a forest containing a large cyclotron. Is this building / facility still in operation?
