In March 2025, Jeanswest entered voluntary administration. Pitcher Partners administrators Lindsay Bainbridge, David Vasudevan, and Andrew Yeo were appointed to manage the process. The administrators initiated a liquidation sale, partnering with Gordon Brothers to sell stock to help meet liabilities. During this period, the company ceased its Australian brick-and-mortar operations, resulting in the closure of its retail stores.

Restructuring and Return to Harbour Guidance

In July 2025, control of the business was returned to its previous owner, Harbour Guidance—an Australian company linked to Chun Fan Yeung—via a deed of company arrangement. Under this restructuring agreement, employee entitlements were paid in full.

Relaunch as an Online-Only Retailer

In September 2025, Jeanswest officially relaunched as an online-only retailer, transitioning from its traditional physical storefronts to a pure-play digital model.
