• Other problems: - The hook isn't very concise and reads a bit awkwardly. "the Revolutionary Socialist Party state Public Works Department minister" is a hell of a long introduction to Chakraborty. Furthermore, as Chakraborty is the subject of the DYK entry, the hook should probably be rewritten so he is the subject of the sentence. I also don't think we need to mention the year this happened.

Overall: The article is new, well-written and fully-sourced, and of an adequate length. It is neutral and contains no clear copyright violations (per Earwig results).
