Rename

It has been suggested over at WikiProject Spaceflight that this article be renamed Japanese space program (currently a redirect) to bring the article into line with Wikipedia's other articles, e.g Soviet space program, Chinese space program etc. It seems pretty straight-forward to me but wanted to check there were no objections. No objection, just a question. The first sentence of the corresponding Japanese article (from which this one is translated) defines the scope as Japan's/Japanese space exploration. It was noted in an unrelated discussion on the project pages, Category:Spaceflight, that often "space exploration" is incorrectly used as a synonym for all spaceflight whether it be actual exploration or more mundane activities like telecommunications. That seems to be the case here, indeed the current article already discussess aspects of the Japanese space program that are not exploration. I would consider the correct scope to be all Japanese government-led space activities, it would probably be preferable to use more general terms like "spaceflght"/"spaceflight activities" instead of "space exploration" because much of what the article discussess isn't exploration.
