This article was created as an English counterpart to articles already existing on the Kashubian csb:Jan Kardowsczi and Polish pl:Jan Karnowski Wikipedia sites. Dr. Jan Karnowski played a central role in elevating the Kashubian culture, especially literary culture, before and after the First World War. This article is part of a series of English-language articles on Kashubians, Kashubian-Americans, and their culture. Deletion of this article would negatively impact my efforts.
