Farr in "No Time for Sergeants"
[edit]The timeline (in "Career") implies Farr was in the 1958 movie "No Time for Sergeants" (uncredited role) after his 1957-59 active duty hitch in the military. A proper time line would place this role DURING his active duty tour.
Either Farr's stated active duty period is wrong, or the timeline is misleading.
It's possible Farr took leave from the military to appear in the movie. It's also possible that rather than regular leave (accrued at a rate of 30 days/year) he was granted uncharged (AKA permissive) leave by his commanding officer. Brucelucier (talk) 03:15, 19 May 2025 (UTC)
Arabic
[edit]What is the justification for the use of Arabic with his (and his family's) names? Standard Arabic (who speaks that, I wonder?) has only a weak relationship to Lebanese (even though Lebanese is sometimes called Lebanese Arabic). If there is good justification (which I doubt) mention it in the article, if not then remove the clutter. Oh, given the large difference in pronunciation between the two, the inclusion of standard here is likely to be unhelpful as a pronunciation guide (I speak neither, so do any Lebanese speakers disagree?). Also there is no such location as "Northern Toledo", same with North Toledo. It is true that the city of Toledo's north side is referred to that informally but afaik it isn't a recognized place name=this article needs editing.98.22.50.44 (talk) 07:12, 30 June 2025 (UTC)
