Multiple Issues

[edit]

I think I've made the changes necessary to remove the "multiple issues", however this is still showing at the top of the page. Could anyone tell me why?

Thank you

Request for Update to Reflect Verified Developments (COI Declaration)

[edit]

Hello, I’m Jamie Barber, the subject of this article. I understand Wikipedia’s conflict-of-interest and neutrality policies and am not editing the article myself. However, I would like to request an update to reflect some significant developments in my professional career since the last major edits, which appear to date from around 2018.

I’ve outlined suggested changes below, along with reliable, secondary sources to support them. I would be grateful if an uninvolved editor could review and, if appropriate, implement them.

Proposed Updates

[edit]

1. Founding of Hush (1999) and its Sale to Soho House (September 2023):

  - In 1999, I co-founded the Mayfair restaurant Hush with Sir Roger Moore and his son, Geoffrey Moore. In September 2023, Hush was sold to Soho House Group and rebranded as *Soho Mews House*. I remain a consultant to Soho House following the acquisition.

2. Founding of Cherry Equity Partners (2025), and Key Acquisitions:

  - In 2025, I founded Cherry Equity Partners, a UK-based investment platform focused on hospitality acquisitions and operational turnarounds. The firm has completed the following acquisitions:
    * **Cabana Restaurants** in February 2025
    * **Bistrot Pierre Restaurants** in April 2025

3. Loliss Capital Entertainment:

  - I am a director of Loliss Limited (trading as Loliss Capital Entertainment), a London-based advisory business that works with film, television and music funds on royalty-backed and IP-led acquisitions.
