Equator
[edit]The claim that the equator passes over the town is false. The equator passes over the Jamame District but not the town of Jamaame. The equator lies about 4 1/2 miles south of town. Mulehide (talk) 06:25, 5 April 2019 (UTC)

I reverted your recent edit since the source you cited () does not mention that the SNA recaptured Jamaame from Al-Shabaab, but only an advance towards the town (see "He stated that the forces will attack Jamame town, al-Shabaab stronghold town in the region"
and "“Our forces are heading the town and we expect the town to be under our control soon,” he said"
).
If you have a source that confirms Jamaame has been captured by the SNA, then you're more than welcome to readd your content.
