The result of the move request was: moved. Consensus is that the shortstop is more significant compared to the first baseman. (closed by non-admin page mover) 1isall (talk | contribs) 01:58, 19 June 2026 (UTC)
Jacob Gonzalez (shortstop) → Jacob Gonzalez – WP:PRIMARYTOPIC Joeykai (talk) 00:22, 5 June 2026 (UTC) — Relisting. 1isall (talk | contribs) 00:55, 12 June 2026 (UTC)
- Opppose, no PRIMARYTOPIC by long-term significance yet. Page view spike for the shortstop are relatively recent.--Ortizesp (talk) 13:34, 9 June 2026 (UTC)
- Support Major Leaguer v. Minor Leaguer. The (first baseman) is currently out of baseball according to his article and verges on NN. Would have preferred to have seen a better thought-out opening statement, though. Rgrds. --BX (talk) 20:15, 10 June 2026 (UTC)
- Support An MLB player is clearly more notable than a minor leaguer. It's debatable whether the other Gonzalez article should even exist.-- Yankees10 23:53, 16 June 2026 (UTC)
