There is somehing wrong with the defintion of $B$, it does not depend on the superscript parameter. This seems to be the same branching rule as in Macdonald edition 2, page 340, where the notation $\psi '_{\lambda /\mu }$ is used. Paxinum (talk) 11:13, 26 November 2014 (UTC)
