June 2025

I've just watched a Youtube video of a walking tour of Jack London Square by Metal Leo. He shows multiple blocks of empty store fronts, with a few restaurants with a single table occupied. It looks clean and remarkably free of graffiti, but virtually no foot traffic. Could a local tell us what's going on right now with business occupancy and economic activity?
