I'm not seeing this guy as a New Zealand expatriate, at least going by the article? He was born grew up and died in New Zealand, got his education thru Masters there, and the bulk of his career was teaching at the University of Otego there it appears. He got his PhD in England and did some work at Oxford apparently, but going out-of-country for a while for advanced education is common, and there's no indication in the article that he settled in England for any length of time, or renounced his New Zealand citizenship. Are there sources saying otherwise? If so these need to be used to put that material in the article, and if not the category removed I think. Herostratus (talk) 11:42, 9 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
