Ben Burtt voicing Jabba in A New Hope Special Edition

We have two links which would seem to indicate that Burtt, the sound designer for the original trilogy, provided the voice of Jabba in the 1997 Special Edition of Star Wars (A New Hope). However, these are probably not reliable enough sources to cite. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find better sources.
