This machine translated from the Japanese article and then hammered back into English, not without a lot of dents. In particular the section about the accident was not sufficiently comprehensible. Done. I have amended the details of the accident as described in the Japanese article. 3382 did not itself fall into the harbour, but it accidentally pushed two other locos into the water.
