This page is not unambiguously promotional, because it clearly cites all references within the body of the text and makes no move whatsoever to advertise JCT600. It is informative of the history of the company, it's current situation and also includes negative press, in the OFT investigation. If this were an advertising page, negative press would not be included and in no way is there any advertisement on the article. It is a simple history of the company and describes its formation and current situation. There are no offers, no biased passages towards the company and no 'sneaky' advertisement. If there are steps to take in changing any of the wording or passages to comply with Wikipedia guidelines, please let me know. This page is solely for informative purposes and is not advertisement.
