What's the criteria for a notable producer?

I haven't seen such a long list of notable producers in related hardcore subgenre articles, and I'm wondering if it's worth keeping since most of these producers don't have English Wiki pages and might not meet notability standards. I thought about chopping the list down to only those mentioned in the existing references used, but it feels like a pretty drastic change to remove all that, so I'm hesitating.
