En dash in "item–total"

[edit]

Because "item–total" refers to "item-to-total" or "item compared to total" correlation, it should contain an en dash, rather than a hyphen (see the Merriam-Webster webpage on how to use the various dashes: https://www.merriam-webster.com/grammar/em-dash-en-dash-how-to-use). Thus, the title of this entry should have an en dash rather than a hyphen. Unfortunately, I don't know how to update entry titles in Wikipedia. MosesRivera100 (talk) 13:45, 30 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
