EC 3.2.1.8 vs EC 3.2.1.80

The article talks about EC 3.2.1.8 as exo-inulinase, but it is actually an anzyme that converts fructose into glucose. In the litarature use for reference (e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inulinase#cite_note-Liu_2016-2 ), the propper index of exo-inulinase (fructanohydrolase) is EC 3.2.1.80. 185.235.233.80 (talk) 09:43, 13 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
