As far as I can see, the concepts ion pairs and ionic bonds are identical so the articles should be merged. / Habj 16:28, 24 October 2005 (UTC)
- ion pair concept is a very specific concept and not simply an ionic bond and should not appear in an introductionary ionic bond page. definitly not merge. Wiki efforts should be directed at improving ionic bond page V8rik 17:04, 24 October 2005 (UTC)
