wikipage created

[edit]

hi, i have created this wiki page upon request for law pages. I think the following need to be added to it;

  • other types of interim orders need to be added with possible illustrations.
  • the section on "Requirement for Interim order" needs to be expanded with more national examples.

Would be glad if you could help. Tarun2k (talk) 15:19, 18 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

multiple confusion

[edit]

I'm no expert, but based on the searches i performed, this article should perhaps be merged into preliminary injunction and at least interim injunction should probably be redirected there and not here. And this article uses restraining order in a different sense than commonly used, which is also the sense in the article on that subject. --Espoo (talk) 11:15, 6 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Should probably also be merged with Interlocutory injunction... Wl219 (talk) 02:51, 30 April 2025 (UTC)Reply
