Fix Typo in Notes 1

There seems to be a typo in Notes 1. It's unclear who was advising ICE and who was advising NYSE Euronext. It looks like there might be a period missing.

Incorrect Bedford

The hyperlink for Bedford redirects to Bedford, England. Bedford, England does not have an ICE office. The intended Bedford was Bedford, Massachusetts, where an ICE office is present. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bedford,_Massachusetts Disthrowaway (talk) 13:25, 7 April 2023 (UTC)
