Merge with potential energy

Ditto, no merge. Interaction energies, in protein-protein dynamics, are formulated in terms of positive (repulsive) and negative (attractive) Gibbs free energies. The sum of the total interaction energies for a respective process determines if it will be favored. --Sadi Carnot 11:02, 5 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
