I think this article needs to be divided into two, because of the "insen" tuning scale that resembles the Hirajoshi scale already described here on wikipedia. More on the In Sen scale here.

Whether you write "in sen" or "insen" is difficult for me to figure out, as japanese does not seem to have quite have the same concept of space between words as in english.
