Deletion
[edit]- I Oppose...and have Deleted - I’m afraid that I’m going to be one to object. Inifinitum Nihil is actually quite a big Hollywood Production company. As stated in the article, Shantaram is one of its well-known movies. I do agree that the article can be fixed, which I will work on, but I do hope others will step up, as this is quite upsetting. I've removed the deletion tag, so I'll take all blows from anyone who doesn't like it, but I've fixed the citation information and I'm getting more information on Johnny's somewhat secretive company so this gets to be a better article.BlackPearl14Pirate Lord-ess 04:51, 4 January 2008 (UTC)

Shantaram is not in active development
[edit]In an October 22, 2009 interview on her upcoming movie Amelia, Mira Nair, who was to direct Shantaram said:
"ComingSoon: We spoke a few years ago for "The Namesake" and I'm assuming this wasn't even on the horizon. You were developing "Shantaram" at the time so did this just turn up on your lap, having already been in development?
Mira Nair: Well, you know, the producers came to see me to direct this film while I was putting together "Shantaram" and then I couldn't because I was busy. Then, they went off and developed a screenplay and in the meanwhile, three months later, "Shantaram" fell apart just before we were to shoot because of the Writers Guild strike."

kept away from the public eye?
[edit]This article contains this statement: "Infinitum Nihil is Johnny Depp's production house that has largely been kept away from the public eye." I think the phrase "that has largely been kept away from the public eye" should be deleted. There's no basis for it and it sounds kind of sinister. A search shows there are 104 references to the company in Variety and the company has an imdb page . Also it seems like its his production company, I don't know if they are usually referred to as a production house. --Iful (talk) 14:09, 4 November 2009 (UTC)
