I believe this page should be renamed to Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
[edit]Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (i-CBT) is now the common name for this treatment in English, from what I can tell. For example, modern studies in academic journals use the term i-CBT, rather than inference-based therapy (IBT). I am also a professional therapist who utilizes this treatment modality with clients, and I mostly hear the term i-CBT used for this therapy (this is anecdotal evidence, but still notable). If we do change the name of the article, it would probably be a good idea to create a disambiguation page to distinguish it from CBT-i (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia) and internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (which is also referred to as ICBT in some academic literature).
