Industrial Property Digital Library → Japan Platform for Patent Information – The IPDL service was closed and replaced with the JPPI on March 23, 2015. 89.114.227.105 (talk) 23:01, 1 April 2015 (UTC)

- The Japanese and English IPDL sites redirect you to the respective Japanese and English JPPI sites. It's basically a rebranding. 89.114.227.105 (talk) 11:10, 2 April 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose. If it's basically a rebranding then refer to WP:official names; No case has been made in terms of the article name policy which this essay attempts to explain just for cases like this. On the other hand, if they are both significant sites, they both need articles, as suggested above. Either way this move has not been justified above. The fact that the earlier one is now offline is completely irrelevant, we're not a web index, if it was encyclopedic once then it still is. Andrewa (talk) 22:05, 9 April 2015 (UTC)
