The concept is quite old (dates at least to 1930s), there are multiple scholarship works on the subject (I have added a couple of recent ones). The current text for some reason is exclusively based on the mass-media sources. I plan to eventually rewrite the article using the serious academic sources, starting with adding new sources to the "Sources" section. Comments are welcome.
