The article's focus is very unclear
[edit]The introduction section begins with a very general definition but then, as the existing template says, it "deal[s] primarily with the United States and do[es] not represent a worldwide view of the subject". And going further down the article, it seems to focus entirely on a particular technological platform, rather than the concept. "Six by nine. Forty two." (talk) 11:34, 19 April 2022 (UTC)
