Merged series and manga Wiki articles

Hello Wikipedia, I found an old discussion on the manga article's talk that the series and manga articles should be merged. I agreed and since both articles were stubs I thought it would be okay to merge.

There were some references from the manga article that used the archive.today service, which was reportedly compromised and resulted in an auto-warning from Wikipedia, so I removed them from the page and I hope to replace them with better links.
