I don't really think the band is metalcore, as they lack the hardcore punk elements, and I don't know if Louder Sound is reliable. I got warned for removing metalcore though. Tkgaynor (talk) 00:12, 2 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
I have to agree with you. While the band have done one album which contains elements of metalcore, it is not enough to refer to them as a metalcore band without exceptional sourcing. In short, I am with what you are saying, and don't think that any genres need to be added or changed. HorrorLover555 (talk) 15:29, 16 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

I think it is silly to specify lead and rhythm roles on guitar when there are no sources for this, all bar one studio albums don't specify roles The Jester Race even lists all guitarists as lead guitarists. I, the Mask is the only album that lists a rhythm guitar credit, so I think that the roles should not be specified considering the fact that most "rhythm guitarists" have been lead guitarists in their previous bands. @Metalfan199220Mewhen123 (talk) 15:13, 29 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
I could do that, Bjorn is primarily the leaf guitarist but occasionally plays a little rhythm as well and vice versa for the the other guitar player, So here lets just leave it as guitars for now, If I find anything source wise that warrents a change for In Flames then we can discuss it further, thanks.
