This phrase makes no sense.

What exactly should make iloperidone "a favorable choice against clozapine and olanzapine"? Clozapine as well as olanzapine and most of the other 2nd generation antipsychotics do act on D- and 5HT- receptors as well. Could someone with access to the citation given review this? Inconsistent statement
