While the Placenames Database of Ireland is usually reliable, it has some errors. I think that it's inclusion of Templetouhy in this barony is one such error. A reading of the current map , along with a reading of the baronial map, will show that it is not in Ikerrin. In fact, a close inspection of Templetouhy in the database lists it in two baronies which is clearly impossible. I favour Eliogarty. Laurel Lodged (talk) 21:59, 5 March 2010 (UTC)
For the same reason, Killea should be placed in Eliogarty instead of Ikerrin. An inspection of the archival documents attached to the database lists it as being associated with Templemore post office. It is also in the same parish. Laurel Lodged (talk) 22:08, 5 March 2010 (UTC)
