Clarify title: Bishop/Archbishop

The information in catholic-hierarchy.org does not indicate that Bp. Ghattas had the personal title of Archbishop as Abp. Tawil did (and as Abp. Bustros does); they had received the title in previous positions. However, references on this page say he had the title; is that in error, or is there a reference from an ecclesiastical source to show that he had the title? Thanks. There was some confusion over the matter, but The Melkite Handbook published by the Eparchate of Newton lists him as bishop, not archbishop. Majoreditor (talk) 02:37, 3 February 2009 (UTC)
