The application scope of the standard ???
I have seen one of the cited notes mentioned that the standard is applicable to any type of food processing and marketing. I would like to know the scope of the standard. It seems to me the standard does not address the issue clearly just by looking at these notes. Am I right or wrong ?

Has the standard addressed water safety issue....???
