The paragraph violates WP:BALASP by treating regulatory issues as the defining characteristic when they represent one aspect among many in reliable sources covering the company. The current opening paragraph violates WP:IMPARTIAL and WP:WORDS TO WATCH by leading with accusatory framing ("without proper authorization," "flagged the company's activities") that presents regulatory compliance matters as presumptive wrongdoing before providing any context. In the Profile section, I suggest replacing:

“IQ Option claims to have millions of customers in more than 200 countries, but those numbers are difficult to verify.”

with:

“IQ Option claims to have millions of customers in more than 200 countries.”

The cited FinanceFeeds article states that IQ Option caters to millions of users from more than 200 countries, but it does not support the additional statement that these figures are “difficult to verify”. The proposed edit retains cautious attribution to IQ Option while removing an unsupported editorial assessment.

Edit request: update on Indian lawsuit

I am an employee of IQ Option, and my paid relationship is disclosed on my user page.

In the India subsection, I suggest replacing:

“The lawsuit seeks a permanent ban on the company's operations in India.”

with:

“The lawsuit sought a permanent ban on the company's operations in India. The suit was withdrawn on 30 March 2021.”

The existing Finance Magnates citation should remain after the first sentence, as it supports the relief originally sought. The court citation attached to the second sentence records the subsequent procedural outcome.
