The first sentence of this article is somewhat incorrect
[edit]"iPad kid" generally refers to children who use portable tablet devices in particular, not "computers" in a traditional sense (i.e. desktop boxes).
Requesting change from "are addicted to computers, phones, and tablets, like the iPad" to "are addicted to phones, tablets, such as the iPad, and computers," or just stripping the mention of computers entirely. Rather then going ahead and directly implementing this idea, it would be better to ask other editors what they think, whether this should change or stay, and what it should change to. Gen Z should be included
[edit]The Ipad came out in early 2010, and was anticipated from the start and Gen Alpha was not even alive when it was released. soo the first Ipad kids would be Gen Z or core gen Z not Gen Alpha ~2026-20098-44 (talk) 01:27, 25 June 2026 (UTC)
