Update on ownership information
[edit]Hytera Communications is a publicly listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002583).[1][2]

- Nothing in there contradicts the fact that the company remains partially state-owned. - Amigao (talk) 01:09, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
- @Amigao, thanks for your feedback but Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002583) clearly listed Hytera Communications as a publicly listed company.[1][2]
- Shenzhen Investment Holdings, a state-owned entity, became a shareholder in September 2021 when it acquired a stake in Hytera.[3] In December 2022, it sold those shares when founder Chen Qingzhou transferred 183,957,300 shares (10% of total share capital) to Shenzhen Investment Control Win-Win Equity Investment Fund Partnership.[4]
- As of the latest filings, Chen Qingzhou remains the controlling shareholder, while Shenzhen Investment Holding Capital retains only a small minority stake of around 2–3 percent.[5] The remainder of shares are held by institutional and public investors.[6] Jakcbay (talk) 11:29, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
- You do realize that it is possible to be publicly listed and partially state-owned at the same time, right? They are not mutually exclusive. Also, you might want to review WP:OR. - Amigao (talk) 14:17, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
