I do not actually think it is correct to translate the term as "Super Kosher".
"Hypermarché" is an expression used in France to denote an extremely large supermarket, even larger than the usual very large supermarket type place. "Hypercacher" is actually a play on words on this, meaning not that the store is "super kosher", i.e., even more strictly kosher than the usual standards require (that would be "glatt kosher") but rather a store offering an even greater variety of kosher products than one would find in a "usual" kosher supermarket.

The Vincennes branch is spelt HYPER CACHER but other branches are spelt HYPERCACHER. The firm's Facebook page is spelt "Hypercacher", which is the spelling on its business website. So it should not be changed to Hyper Cacher, imo. Ericoides (talk) 16:09, 10 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
