Who tagged this page with the balance scales? HyperNEAT is a new technology that is being developed by only a few scientists. Of course it has to be one of us who makes and maintains the page. That's how wiki articles on esoteric topics go. Who else would contribute this information to wikipedia? If the wikipedia community wants the pages to extend to esoteric subjects, especially those in science, then the experts are likely the only ones motivated enough to create these pages. I have new information to add to this page, but now you have created the chilling effect where I do not want to add such information because it might look impartial. I am happy if others edit this page, of course, but no one is stepping up to the plate to do so.

I'd also like to point out that similar information exists at another page, the HyperNEAT users page, which I do not maintain.

I nominate that these balance scales come off. If there are no objections, I will do so in a few days.
