Potential POV dispute

[edit]

There could be a neutrality dispute in this article. --CSP 14:33, 6 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Unlike some other recording programs, HyperCam applies a digital watermark to the upper-left corner of each recorded file; it is fairly distinct, and is often disliked among users of recording programs. As an alternative to this factor, some individuals have decided to use a similar program named CamStudio.

The program only applies the watermark if it's unregistred. Doyubi

I still don't think this is in alignment with the NPOV policy. Potentially offending text above is underlined. --CSP 16:16, 25 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

value-added extras

[edit]

I've been using Hypercam 2 for quite some months and just read here that it installs some toolbar, wanted or not. But I don't find it on my system (win7 hp). Neither IE nor Firefox have any unwanted addons and also the overview of Installed Software doesn't show anything. Tried windows search as well, no results. --212.204.48.211 (talk) 21:35, 22 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
