[edit]I've clear the proprietary marketing-speak spam from this article, but I'm not sure that the industry has stabilized on a term for this concept. Last section title
[edit]"Further reading" is quite an appropriate section title per WP:FURTHER "a reasonable number of editor-recommended publications that would help interested readers learn more about the article subject". - I will add that my rule of thumb as to whether something belong in "external links" versus "further reading" is whether you'd be able to get a DOI for it. Articles which have been published and don't normally change thereafter qualify par excellence, even though DOIs have seen little traction outside academia. (In contrast, the landing/main page of a website [like Wikipedia's main page] doesn't normally qualify for a DOI.) Someone not using his real name (talk) 19:54, 23 December 2013 (UTC)
- In a few words, "Further reading" is pretty much about recommended books and similar publications (more like a "Bibliography"), while "External links" is supposed to contain links to relevant web sites providing more details. — Dsimic (talk) 20:19, 23 December 2013 (UTC)
