State of his career regarding conscription.

As you may see from the history section of this page I changed references to him "leaving" or being a "former" member of Infinity challenge to a, in my opinion, better suiting hiatus status. Is there a guideline on how these things should be written?

To me he hasn't left the show in any form especially becouse people from the show have said hes welcome back the second he completes his military duty. • Given that he is known mononymously, with the unhyphenated spelling, I don't think hyphenation makes sense here. Elli (talk | contribs) 19:02, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
  • @Elli: There's a similar issue previously on Im Yoon-ah article here Talk:Im Yoon-ah/Archive 1#Requested move 26 January 2017 which resulted in move. I think it should be either Hwang Kwang-hee or Kwanghee but not Hwang Kwanghee. Lulusword (talk) 19:12, 9 June 2021 (UTC)

    @Lulusword: since it seems like no one else has objections (or comments one way or the other) here, I'd be fine withdrawing my objection (weird policy quirk? ig?) and closing the RM as "moved-ish by involved". Appearance in Good Day (TV program)

Hi @Rain Forest I just saw you removed my edit because "guest appearances are not notable". Although Hwang Kwang-hee is qualified as a "guest" since he's not the "host", he appears in 4 episodes of Good Day and should appeared on several others (because of how the project is)... @Juliepersonne2: Due to a consensus reached a few years back, his reoccurring guest appearances on Good Day will still be deemed "not notable" to be listed on his filmography; however, what you can do is add the project in his prose, citing that he participated in a project for the tv show, mentioning the date of the sound source's release and the people who he collaborated alongside. I still don't really understand why the article is deemed not notable. For shows based on interviews or shows like Hangout with Yoo or Amazing Saturday, I do understand. We can compare them to american talk shows since the guests are there for a short moment (one episode) with the show having a lot of other guests.

In the case of Good day, it's more like a tv series with only one season. The guests do play a big part in the show, like a secondary character would, since they appear in almost all the episodes. I don't see how a cameo can be listed but not their appearances in a project aired during weeks. Even if the show wouldn't be that famous, it can be compared to a tv show that didn't reach its public. It would still be listed in the filmography.

I really don't understand where is the line... In which case a non fictional show can be listed?

Also, the "consensus" doesn't have a real conclusion, it would be nice for new user if it was at least mentioned on Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Korea-related articles for example.

(Also, I don't see why a show "not notable" should be mentioned on his prose, since the prose should gives highlight to the career and the filmography section should, in my opinion, more details.
