I redirected the page at Hooshang here, since it seemed to refer to the same person. The material there was unsourced and I don't know how to incorporate it here, so I'm pasting it here so it can be added by a more knowledgeable editor.
Hooshang (haoshingha in avesta) was the second ruler of pishdadian dynasty of Iran ( 6866 B.C - 6583 B.C ) and who was built the first cities in the world of Iranians. The religion of his period was Mithraism and so he was one of the primary rulers of the ancient world to buid the Mehrabeh ( temples of mithra ). He ruled for 40 years and most of it was passed in battle against an unknown enemies had named Divs. His successor was Jamshid (Yima khsaeta) the most famous ruler of the Pishdaidan dynasty and one of the greatest shahs (kings) of ancient Iran.
