Article rename due to child actor

[edit]

Wait a second? Shouldn’t this be titled “Hulvey (rapper)” instead of just “Hulvey”? I think it should to avoid confusion with child actor Hulvey Potsy, born on March 8, 1970, and died on August 3, 1993, who was also known by Hulvey. So, next month, in February, the article will be changed. And I will submit a draft article to Wikipedia about Hulvey Potsy, titled “Hulvey (actor)”. It will be written in March and published on April 15, 2026. That way people are allowed to view it so they cannot get confused. ~2026-23238 (talk) 03:21, 2 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

I think so! But, there is already a draft for an article called Hulvey Potsy existing for that child actor. Here is it: Draft: Hulvey (actor) ~2026-23238 (talk) 03:23, 2 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
In a case with multiple people going by the same name, to avoid confusion, we can add the wikitext to the top of the article:
{{for|the actor|Hulvey Potsey}}
If Potsey usually goes under the name "Hulvey Potsey" rather than mononymously as "Hulvey", it will be unnecessary to disambiguate. It will also be unnecessary to disambiguate if the article does not yet exist. —JavaJourney (talk | contribs) 03:31, 2 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
